Loyalty Scheme & Rewards Programme
In May 2020 we upgraded our loyalty card system to our brand new Loyalty Rewards Programme on our website – which means you can earn fabulous ‘Scentful Points’ with every order you place. Plus with extra ways to earn points, there’s now more ways to enjoy great discounts and rewards as a thank you for your loyalty!
We love our rewards programme, as it means you have full control over your points, and can cash these in for vouchers and discount codes to use on the website whenever you like!
- To access your account, all you need to do is log into your online account on the website (top right hand corner), and then click the rewards button in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. This will then show your points balance and allow you to create discount coupons etc.
- Even though you may have placed a number of orders on our website, it won’t necessarily mean you will automatically have an account set up. If you don't yet have an online account, all you need to do is create one with the email address you used to checkout and you'll also get an extra 50 rewards points just for registering!
- You’ll receive 4 Scentful Points for every £1 spent, and we will always ensure that your lifetime spend on the site is reflected in your points. E.g. if you have spent £50.00 you will have 200 points in your account, plus an extra 50 for registering.
If at any point lifetime spend points are not showing correctly, please drop us an email at email@example.com with your email address and full name and we can make sure your points are adjusted manually.
Cancelling or Placing A Hold on Your Subscription
We know that so many of our customers love the excitement of receiving our brand new scents automatically through their door at the start of the month! But we fully appreciate that you may need to delay, put on hold or cancel your subscription. You can do this quickly and easily by simply logging into your account.
If you have already created an online account:
- Login to your account (top right hand corner) of the website home page
- Go to your account page
- Scroll down the page, and click on the 'Manage Subscriptions' or 'Manage Monthly Subscriptions' button (you may need to scroll to the right of the screen if viewing via your phone)
- There will then be an option to deactivate or delay your subscription
If you don’t have an online account:
All you need to do is create one with the email address you used to checkout, and then follow the steps above once your account has been created and you are logged in.

Gift Notes & Wrapping
You can add a gift note to your order quickly and easily (and for free!) by using our ‘Gift Note’ option on any of our product pages. All you need to do is add your note into the box on the product page, add the product to cart, and you will be able to see your gift note in your cart and at checkout.
Our packers will print your gift note on one of our ‘Just A Little Note To Say’ labels and place them on the inside of the delivery box.
If you are ordering more than one gift note, we will do our best to print out paper copies and place them in your order, so that you are able to wrap these individually once you receive them. It is not always easy to spot these though, so please always email us to advise of any requests and we can do our best to fulfil.
Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping for our online products. Whilst we LOVE gift wrapping items for our customers in store, for online orders it’s just one of those things that is difficult to ensure arrives exactly as what we would like once it’s made it’s journey through the postal system (we all know how heavy handed some couriers can be!). If there is anything at all we can help with though, please drop us an email and we will do our best to wrap your order as beautifully as we can in the hope it reaches you just as we wrapped it!
As you may have seen on our website, we now offer Gift Cards across our entire site – which can be the PERFECT way to give the right gift to a friend or family if you’re not quite sure what they like! Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to offer printed physical gift cards, but you can easily forward on your gift card email confirmation to a loved one which will include everything they need to treat themselves!
